New ways

In recent years, we have initiated much change at Kendal Mountain, enabling even more collaborative and effective connections.

The power of truly effective partnerships in our event spaces and channels plus the need to behave authentically in chosen playgrounds, are two of the factors we believe are fundamental to a successful partnership.

One of the big changes we have witnessed (and designed) over the past five years has been the shift in mindset from sponsorship to partnership. Traditionally, partnership formats were very transactional. Our brand partners were able to simply pay their fee and then dictate all elements of the activation. Those days are gone at Kendal. Event audiences started to push back and insist on an authentic and long-term fit and we are listening!

Our team at Kendal Mountain are very aware that our partners need to protect the audience base they have worked to establish but at the same time nurture new and creative narratives that enable sustainable expansion and loyalty.
